Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multi-cultural household. Her birthplace was within South London. Both her parents are both English. Her family was raised in the south of a London community estate, where she attended The Brit School at age fourteen. In London, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was awarded. While at the academy, she performed in several stage productions such as The King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career with the film Storm Damage. Over the past few years, Madekwe has appeared in Teachers as well as Doctors. Her debut film as a performer came from the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred alongside Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. The film's success resulted in her being cast as Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside as Ollie. Madekwe played Bambi on the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the comedy How to Lose Friends and Alienate people (2008). Her credits in theatre includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams as well as Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe made her US debut in the 2009 drama The Beautiful Life, which only aired two episodes on The CW before being cancelled. The actress was selected in February 2011 as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. After being a regular for the first two seasons it was reported in late May 2013 that Madekwe was set to quit the show following her appearance on the pilot episode from the 3rd season. On the show Salem the actress played Tituba from 2014 until the year 2016. Madekwe married her actor partner Iddo goldberg on June 2012. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in the large family. Her parents were Patty and Roy Leggat. Her parents, Roy and Patty along with her four brothers, Brett, Todd, and Bram who were also present. All of her brothers were athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey during the summer and winter. She grew up in stadiums and played baseball. Ashley was unable to walk, but danced. As a result, when she turned 2, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley was enthralled by dance immediately after that. Ashley was a competitor in tap, jazz and ballet in high divisions. She won the top individualist in all the main dance contests, including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance just to mention a few.
